Role Overview
Lead and develop a high-performing residential leasing team and drive sustainable business growth across Dubai.
Department: Residential Leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential leasing consultants.
- Set performance objectives and drive achievement of team targets.
- Build strong landlord relationships and grow quality and exclusive listings.
- Oversee leasing activity from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide guidance on negotiations, client management, and complex transactions.
- Monitor CRM activity, pipelines, and overall team performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE residential leasing experience.
- At least 2 years of proven leadership or team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s residential rental market and RERA regulations.
- Proven track record in leasing and business development.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
