This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.

The role manages the full leasing cycle for commercial and residential properties.

List units, conduct property viewings, and respond to prospective tenant inquiries.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare and review lease documents.
Maintain accurate lease administration records and compliance documentation.
Research local rental trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
Recommend pricing strategies and support marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
Support tenant onboarding and renewals.
Communicate clearly and professionally with owners and tenants.

Skills in leasing, leases, lease negotiations, and lease administration are required.
Market research skills are required to analyze rental trends, competitor activity, and demand.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
Property management or CRM software proficiency is required.
UAE real estate leasing or property management experience is highly beneficial.
A relevant Business, Real Estate, or related diploma or degree is preferred.
