Leasing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Executive to join our team.

• Work directly with clients to understand their leasing requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property viewings and present available residential, commercial, and labor camp properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and facilitate the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate leasing records.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve leasing targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Proven experience as a Leasing Executive or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Preferably female candidates.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
