Role Description
The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha.
Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain leasing options, and support occupancy and revenue goals.
Leasing and Resident Support
- Highlight property features and benefits during tours.
- Prepare and process lease agreements and maintain accurate lease administration records.
- Respond to resident inquiries and support resident retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain current knowledge of available units, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including accurate documentation.
- Experience in resident retention and building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of property management processes and local real estate practices in Doha.
- Proficiency with office software and property management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
- A relevant certification or diploma in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
