Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leasing leads through various marketing and networking channels.

- Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property availability, and leasing activities.

- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned leasing targets and performance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the leasing process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Valid driving license is preferred (where applicable)

Role Overview
