- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage

Role Description
- Manage the end to end leasing process, including conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospective residents through applications and move in procedures.
- Respond to inquiries, maintain accurate lease documentation, support resident retention initiatives, and ensure high standards of customer service at all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with property management and operations teams, gather feedback from residents, and contribute to continuous improvement of leasing processes aligned with Huspy’s real estate super app experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to clearly explain terms and conditions.
- Experience in resident retention activities, including relationship building and proactive follow up with residents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with prospects, residents, and internal teams.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem resolution.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfort using property management or CRM software and basic productivity tools.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
