Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
- Conduct property viewings and present leasing options aligned with client requirements
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close transactions
- Achieve and exceed individual leasing targets
- Maintain accurate records and leasing activity within the CRM system
