Lease Underwriting Associate

Transaction Processing : Review and process Fast Track deals, ABC renewals, lease restructures, amalgamations, and asset substitutions within established timelines and quality standards (80% of role)

Risk Management & Compliance : Identify and escalate transaction risks; ensure compliance with RBC Equipment Finance policies; conduct comprehensive due diligence on know-your-client and transaction details; adhere to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements (20% of role)

Client Service : Deliver exceptional client experiences through efficient, accurate transaction handling; document key details in systems; escalate concerns promptly to minimize client impact

Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and completeness of underwriting activities; maintain data integrity across systems; participate in process improvement initiatives

Understanding of RBC Equipment Finance policies and procedures

Understanding of PPSA/RDPRM laws across Canada
