Job Description
Sistemas y Fluidos Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented **Lease Administrator / Property Administrator** to manage our leasing operations and property-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes regarding leases and tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease agreements and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with tenants and property management to address queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparation of property management reports and budgets.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure that properties are well-maintained and compliant with standards.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in lease administration or property management.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and relevant property laws.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary And Benefits
- Hourly wage: **60** **-*** 110QAR* (commensurate with experience).
