Job Description: Lease Administrator And Property Administrator
GECI Expert Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented **Lease Administrator / Property Administrator** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This position is vital for ensuring the efficient management of our properties and supporting our leasing operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Manage tenant communications and handle inquiries regarding lease terms, renewal options, and property management.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and property-related documents.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis related to leasing activities and property performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lease Administrator or Property Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and property management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information
- **Salary**: QAR 70 - QAR 130 per hour, based on experience.
- **Location**: 202 Trade Center, Doha, Qatar.
