Learning Technology Specialist, AI & Digital Content

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, organizational development, or a related field — or equivalent experience in learning technology
• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning technology, or instructional design
• Required: hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation strongly preferred
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
• Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through; strong sense of urgency to drive results
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and push back on stakeholders when necessary
• Facilitation or public speaking experience a plus, but not required
