The Learning Support Assistant role at Qudrability is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
The Learning Support Assistant will provide individualized academic and behavioral support to children and young adults with diverse learning needs, following guidance from specialists and educational plans.
Daily tasks include assisting with classroom activities, implementing structured interventions, reinforcing learning strategies, and supporting the development of social and communication skills.
The role involves monitoring progress, documenting observations, and sharing updates with educators, therapists, and families.
The Learning Support Assistant will also help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment and may contribute to planning learning materials and resources.

Strong skills in supporting learners with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ASD, and other developmental delays, including patience, empathy, and an inclusive mindset.
Ability to implement individualized education plans, behavior support strategies, and structured learning activities under professional guidance.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Organizational and observational skills for tracking student progress, maintaining records, and reporting key findings.
Relevant education in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field; certificates or training in behavioral or learning support are an advantage.
Experience in classroom or learning support settings, preferably with children and young adults with diverse learning needs.
Ability to work on site in Dubai, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and adherence to safeguarding and confidentiality standards.
