The Learning Solutions Specialist, PSP is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that support skill development, knowledge, and performance of team members working within our Patient Support Program (PSP) division. This includes but is not limited to new hire training, program launches, and other identified training initiatives.

The Learning Solutions Specialist, PSP will work closely with the Patient Programs leadership team and other strategic partners to develop and deliver training that helps drive successful business outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education/Curriculum Development, or equivalent experience is preferred
Patient Support Program experience with knowledge of private and public reimbursement structure, systems, and process is considered an asset
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices
Advanced ability to learn and understand new content, systems and processes
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge and experience with various instructional design methodologies, designing robust training programs from scratch
Experience with Microsoft Office and various learning authoring tools; Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.), Canva, Camtasia, SnagIt, etc.
Experience in creating SharePoint pages considered an asset
Administrative experience in LMS is considered an asset
Experience in conducting training needs analysis and providing successful learning solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading/editing and quality assurance
Proven experience collaborating successfully with leaders and/or stakeholders within a cross-functional organization
Ability to be agile and nimble in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset
Effective organizational skills; excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Strong ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize projects
Occasional travel may be required
Bilingual (French and English) will be considered an asset
