Learning Operations Specialist

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, L&D, or a related field

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, LMS Administration, HR Operations, Training Coordination, or a related role.

Experience administering Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning experience preferred).

Experience coordinating training programs, learning activities, or employee development initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.

Experience creating reports and analyzing learning data and metrics.

Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data quality.

Experience supporting learning technologies, digital learning content, or learning platforms is an advantage. Knowledge of Articulate RISE, Canva, Adobe, etc is an advantage

Familiarity with learning administration, learning governance, and content lifecycle processes is preferred.
