Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project’s Learning & Knowledge Transfer strategy aligned with project objectives
- Design and facilitate learning programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and knowledge sharing activities
- Develop knowledge transfer plans, capture lessons learned, and promote best practices
- Collaborate with project leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders for effective knowledge sharing
- Create and maintain learning materials, knowledge repositories, guides, and digital learning resources
- Monitor learning effectiveness, track outcomes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in L&D, Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, or Knowledge Transfer
- Proven experience developing and delivering learning programs and knowledge transfer frameworks
- Experience supporting large scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consulting projects is highly desirable
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience with instructional design, digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and measuring learning effectiveness is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project’s Learning & Knowledge Transfer strategy aligned with project objectives and delivery requirements.
