You will be responsible for being the key link between the business and the Learning Team, ensuring learning demand is clearly understood, properly assessed, prioritised and translated into high-impact solutions that improve performance, capability, compliance and colleague experience across Yorkshire Water.
You will partner closely with business subject matter experts, People Partners and learning specialist teams to identify current and future learning requirements, shape clear briefs, route work to the right areas of expertise and ensure delivery plans are realistic, joined-up and aligned to business priorities. You will ensure resources are focused on the activity that delivers the greatest value.
• Experience of managing a demand, intake or service planning process. • Experience working with learning management systems, reporting dashboards or learning governance processes. • Experience in a regulated, operational or safety-critical environment. • Relevant learning, HR, OD, project management or leadership qualification. • Experience of supplier selection, contract management or procurement processes.
