Role Overview
Hilton is seeking a Learning and Development Supervisor for its hotel team.
The role develops and implements training and development programs to improve team member skills, performance, and career progression.
The position also manages training budgets and supports memorable hospitality experiences for guests.
Training Program Management
- Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
- Provide training on harassment-free workplaces, diversity, new team member orientation, leadership, and service.
- Assess training needs and update courses so content matches job responsibilities and career paths.
- Assess existing initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions for department needs.
Performance and Records
- Meet with department managers, trainers, and team members to review performance trends, develop action plans, and recognize achievements.
- Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records using designated systems and tools.
- Manage and monitor department-specific training programs, including alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
