Role Overview
Beauty Co-Lab is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist.
The role supports employee performance and organizational goals through practical learning and development initiatives.
The position is part-time and fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess learning and development needs across teams and business functions.
- Design and coordinate training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, guides, and digital resources.
- Coordinate virtual workshops, onboarding sessions, coaching activities, and development programs.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
- Support career development, skills building, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Monitor participation, completion, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend data-informed improvements.
- Maintain learning records, schedules, resources, and program documentation.
- Contribute to learning culture, digital solutions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant learning and development, training, talent development, or organizational development experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training design, and employee development.
- Knowledge of learning needs analysis, training evaluation, and performance-development practices.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and digital learning tools.
- Proficiency in presentations, learning materials, reports, and professional communications.
- Strong facilitation, communication, organization, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions and manage multiple initiatives remotely.
