Learning & Development Project Manager (German speaking)

Identify capability gaps and learning needs through stakeholder consultation and business partnership

Design, implement, and continuously improve training and development programs

Develop and manage learning portfolios, curricula, and development pathways

Partner with external training providers and oversee learning delivery quality

Support employees and managers with learning recommendations, coaching, and development guidance

Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to deliver strategic learning initiatives

Track learning effectiveness, manage resources, and support budget optimization

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on selected topics when required.

An experienced Learning & Development professional with 5–8 years' experience in relevant L&D roles, ideally within a technology or tech-enabled business environment

A strong consultant who can translate business needs into practical learning and capability solutions

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities in a complex international environment

A confident communicator who can effectively engage employees, managers, and senior leaders

Fluent in German and English, with experience collaborating across global teams

Ideally, you bring experience from an engineering, technology, or technical business environment and have a good understanding of current technology trends, digital capabilities, and the challenges of developing talent in technical organizations
