Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 1 Year contract

This role sits within HR’s Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem, a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Operations, you’ll work closely with L&D Operations and Facilitation teammates to coordinate and execute administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely operational support.

The Learning & Development Operations Coordinator supports the program delivery and administration of programs and experiences that reflect our culture and inspire connection. The ideal individual is comfortable owning repeatable, day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for learners and partners.

2+ years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
