Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager will manage training initiatives for hotel team members and deliver experiences that support hospitality service.
The role focuses on training delivery, performance development, continuous improvement, and team support.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
- Deliver training on harassment-free workplaces, diversity, orientation, leadership, and service.
- Review performance trends with department managers, trainers, and team members.
- Develop action plans and recognize achievements.
- Assess training initiatives and recommend improvements for department needs.
- Track, maintain, and audit team member training records.
- Oversee departmental programs covering alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
- Supervise, support, coach, and develop team members.
