About the role
The Learning & Development Manager will foster continuous improvement and skill development at the Leominster site.
The role designs, implements, and manages programmes that enhance employee capability and support operational excellence.
The position collaborates with leadership, Human Resources, and departmental teams to identify training needs and drive engagement.
The role leads the Leominster Education and Training Pillar and Master Plan and supports regional standards across KP sites.
Workplace
- The role is based onsite at the Tyrrells Court Farm site near Leominster.
- Attendance at other KP sites is required, so own transport is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records and matrices, meet regulatory standards, and support audits.
- Design and deliver safety, technical, compliance, and leadership training through varied learning methods.
- Assess skill gaps, align development initiatives with business goals, and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential colleague development.
