Role Description
Lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Work with business leaders and internal teams to identify capability gaps, create learning solutions, and support career development and talent growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs, develop training strategies, coordinate development programs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Manage learning resources, track outcomes, and promote a continuous learning culture.
- Connect learning initiatives with business objectives and support employee development across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate business requirements into development solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
