- Draft and edit technical documentation, product descriptions, manuals, case studies, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to translate complex technical information into accessible written materials.
- Help maintain content consistency across channels, support proposal and bid documents, and contribute to improving templates, style guides, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical and business content.
- Experience creating documentation such as manuals, product guides, specifications, and project reports, ideally in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Ability to research complex topics, interview subject matter experts, and translate technical information into accessible language.
- Familiarity with basic content formatting tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort working with structured templates and style guides.
- Excellent command of written English, strong attention to detail, and solid proofreading and fact checking abilities.
- Ability to work on site in Hosur, collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience or interest in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, metalwork, or industrial installations is a strong advantage.

Role Description
