Location and Schedule
- The position is based at 530 West Broadway in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Core hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.
- The position is hybrid and requires onsite work three days per week.
Role Summary
Create award-winning education for team members, spa partners, international distributors, and online distributors.
Develop learning in multiple formats and coordinate materials, documentation, and project milestones with cross-functional teams.
The role reports to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development.
Responsibilities
- Apply instructional design best practices to improve engagement, skill development, retention, and application.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to prioritize content and map core learnings.
- Design learning outcomes, concept sequences, delivery methods, adaptable formats, and course resources.
- Produce presentations, facilitator guides, videos, diagrams, infographics, print materials, and job aids.
- Support facilitators and trainers with chats, Q&A pods, polls, and other interactions.
- Maintain LMS content, create learning plans, and evaluate learning initiatives and learner experience.
