Learning & Development Executive

Extensive experience facilitating leadership and management development programmes.

Strong learning design and content adaptation experience, including improving existing materials.

Experience delivering core leadership topics such as people management, performance, communication and leadership behaviours.

Confidence facilitating diverse and senior audiences and managing group dynamics effectively.

Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, challenge and adapt in real time.

Experience managing the delegate experience from preparation through to evaluation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility quickly.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate delivery across multiple programmes and time zones.

A relevant training delivery or facilitation qualification.

A practical, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience delivering learning to global audiences and colleagues who speak English as an additional language.

Confidence using technology to support learning design and virtual or blended delivery.

CIPD qualification or equivalent.
