Role overview

Learning deployment responsibilities

• Deploy learning courses through webcasts, virtual classrooms, and physical classrooms using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Manage participants, facilitators, pre-work, post-work, and course communications.
• Source venues and vendors, manage logistics, and organize course materials, branding, and collateral.
• Set up SharePoint learning programs, registration sites, and mobile applications.
• Support eLearning launches, global assignments, regional deployment guidance, and learning administration coordination.
• Run consumption reports and monitor course consumption, costs, and satisfaction.
• Support junior Learning Deployment Specialists and contribute to process simplification, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
