Preferred Qualifications

• Content creation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and assessment of learning outcomes.

Physical Requirements

• Safely navigate and work in a manufacturing plant while using required personal protective equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as bending, kneeling, or carrying media equipment.

Compensation

• Salary range is $70,000 to $96,000 USD.
• Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
• Eligible salaried employees may receive discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, or long-term incentives depending on role and eligibility.
