- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus

Job Summary
- The Learning & Development Specialist will manage and enhance learning and development initiatives at the UAE Space Agency, including succession planning, internship and volunteering programs, training activities, executive coaching, and mentorship programs.
- The role also involves employee wellbeing and engagement programs and supporting employees with Individual Development Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee succession planning initiatives.
- Manage the internship and volunteering programs.
- Handle all training programs, including development and execution of annual training plan and TNA.
- Facilitate executive coaching and mentorship programs.
- Support and promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Assist employees with creating and managing their IDPs.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
