Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for building training content, supporting day-to-day training logistics, and facilitating learning experiences across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain training materials across formats (e.g., participant workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and video-based content)

Work closely with the Training Manager to receive content direction and translate it into clear, engaging, and repeatable learning experiences.

Keep training materials organized, version-controlled, and always current.

Support day-to-day administration of LMS, including course uploads and learner enrollment, serving as a frontline resource for access questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed.
