Role Overview
Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that help employees build knowledge and skills.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Create training materials, coordinate learning programs, and support workshops.
- Promote a positive learning culture through engaging methods, feedback collection, participation monitoring, and program improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and use learning data to improve programs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and adult learning concepts.
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into practical development solutions.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, instructional communication, and content-development skills.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools.
