We are looking for an experienced and energetic **Retail Trainer** to train and develop retail sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product and sales training sessions
- Improve customer service standards
- Train staff on retail operations and selling techniques
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching
- Prepare training materials and reports
Requirements
- Experience in retail training or retail sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate teams

- Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
