Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, exclusively for Emarati nationals.
- As a Learning and Development Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Your responsibilities will include creating and managing learning programs, conducting needs assessments, designing instructional content, and coaching employees to achieve professional development goals.
