About the Role

The Learning and Development Manager will design the end-to-end learning experience for Faculty's flagship Fellowship as it expands across regions and cohorts.

The role reports to the Head of Talent Development and works closely with the Fellowship team.

The manager will shape curriculum, mentor tools, train-the-trainer models, secondment pathways, scalable learning architecture, and outcome tracking.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and evolve the Fellowship's eight-week learning experience through data, feedback, and iterative pacing changes.
  • Build scalable learning architectures and modular content for regional tracks, client requirements, and future offerings.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts, facilitators, and operations coordinators on targeted learning pathways.
  • Establish train-the-trainer curricula and delivery calibration standards across cohorts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, business-unit leads, and People partners on Fellowship staff secondments.
  • Create improvement loops and reporting rhythms for fellow progression, mentor impact, and programme quality.
  • Scope and deliver broader capability projects as business priorities emerge.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience designing, piloting, and scaling structured learning programmes for technical or early-career talent in fast-growth environments.
  • Understanding of global learning dynamics and cultural effects across international markets.
  • Modern instructional design skills using AI-assisted authoring tools or LXP creator platforms.
  • Experience building train-the-trainer models and delivery standards across multiple locations.
  • Experience with secondment or mobility design, backfill strategies, incentive structures, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, cross-functional relationships, feedback analysis, and emerging priorities.
