We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives that support employees across various business lines across the company.
This role will assess organizational training needs, develop practical learning solutions, and deliver programs that strengthen employee skills, support career growth, and enhance business performance.
Training may be delivered online, in person, and/or on-site.
The ideal candidate will bring strong learning and development expertise, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning across all departments.

Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience Required
7+ years of experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, or a related HR function.
