Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Learning & Development Specialist to provide quality training and development services to our clients. This role is responsible for consulting with clients to assess learning needs, designing customized training solutions, delivering impactful programs, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and performance challenges.

Conduct training needs analyses through interviews, surveys, and assessments.

Recommend learning strategies aligned with client objectives.

Design customized learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning).

Adapt training materials to client industry, culture, and workforce needs.
