Role Overview
EXCELLENCE DRIVING is hiring a Learning and Development Executive.
The role is based in Al Qusais, Dubai.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Valid experience in learning and development, corporate training, training delivery, or performance improvement is required.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills are required.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and deliver training programs.
- Coach and mentor staff for continuous development.
- Prepare and manage training calendars.
- Deliver presentations.
- Support employee growth and operational excellence.
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
