Role Overview
The L&D Executive supports daily learning and development operations in a hospitality environment.
The role assists with training coordination, delivery, compliance, records, reporting, and team member development.
Learning and Development Responsibilities
- Coordinate training initiatives, programs, workshops, orientations, and development activities.
- Deliver and facilitate brand, behavioral, service excellence, and technical competency training.
- Maintain the training calendar and monitor attendance, completion, and compliance.
- Maintain training records, competency matrices, learning systems, and talent databases.
- Identify learning needs and competency gaps with department leaders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
- Prepare training presentations, facilitator guides, learning resources, and reports.
- Coordinate venues, resources, registrations, schedules, equipment, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Support career development, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure L&D activities align with company objectives, brand standards, and competency frameworks.
