Learning and Development Coordinator for Central Admin in NE Portland

Salary

• Hiring range, based on experience and credentials : $32.21-$43.57 per hour.
• Workdays: This role is located at the Central Administration Office. Remote/Hybrid work options are available after training completion and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. On-site meetings and presence will be required. Typical work hours are Monday- Friday, with flexible business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including

• Minimum of two (2) years working in the adult education field is required. Experience in healthcare is a plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or relevant experience may be substituted.
• Experience with learning management system(s) (LMS) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing training is preferred.
• Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience in event coordination and project management is a great plus!
• Genuine interest in learning and development and helping others grow.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude, friendly, personable, and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
