• Coordinate learning and development activities, including training schedules, participant communications, learning assignments, and follow-up with employees and leaders.
• Schedule and coordinate program sessions, including reserving meeting rooms, managing registrations, distributing program materials, and coordinating multiple trainings that occur simultaneously.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and department leaders to support learning initiatives.
• Administer and support the learning management system (LMS), including monitoring user accounts, troubleshooting system issues, and providing support to learners and managers.
• Maintain and update, with approval, training curricula, learning assignments, and course catalogs within the LMS.
• Support compliance learning programs by assigning required training, monitoring completion, escalating overdue items, and maintaining documentation for audit readiness.
• Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports on participation, completion rates, learning metrics, and training-status trends.
• Organize and maintain the training environment, including classroom setup and training materials.
• Administer small and large group trainings as needed.
• Coordinate communication regarding upcoming training events and program updates.
• Field and respond to employee training inquiries as needed.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with employees, peers, and leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting Human Resources initiatives as needed.
