Contract
- The position is permanent.
Core responsibilities
- Draft, edit, update, and publish regulatory, immigration, mobility, client, and thought-leadership content.
- Research legislation, policy, and government procedures and monitor regional developments.
- Prepare benchmarking studies, assessments, reports, policy papers, and white papers.
- Support business and government advisory projects, compliance reviews, audits, policy work, mobility projects, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, meetings, action tracking, implementation roadmaps, and team activities.
- Support team management through work allocation, quality oversight, coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
Essential qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in law, public policy, international relations, political science, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant legal, regulatory, content, knowledge-management, consulting, or advisory experience is required.
- Strong English communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, project management, collaboration, judgment, and presentation skills are required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and proprietary knowledge and information-management systems is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Working proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
- Experience in immigration, labour, employment, public policy, consulting, business advisory, or government advisory is preferred.
- Experience with team supervision, business development, proposal drafting, data, dashboards, regulatory trackers, or knowledge-management tools is preferred.

The MENA Learning & Advisory Hub is part of Fragomen’s Knowledge Group and works with regional practices, subject matter experts, clients, and government stakeholders.
The team focuses on knowledge management and awareness, business advisory, and government advisory services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, public policy, international relations, political science, or another relevant discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in legal or regulatory research, content development, knowledge management, consulting, or advisory work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Working proficiency in Arabic.
- Ability to research and analyze legislation, policy, and government procedures and translate findings into practical intelligence.
- Experience drafting professional reports, client communications, presentations, or thought-leadership content.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to drafting, editing, and quality control.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and urgent requests.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and proprietary knowledge and information-management systems.
