Basic computer knowledge, including working with CRM systems, Excel, or data entry tools.
Ability to follow call scripts, verification checklists, and company guidelines accurately.
Good listening skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data verification.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet daily targets.
Basic problem-solving ability and willingness to clarify information with leads when required.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with sales or operations teams.
Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism in handling company data and customer information.
