Lead Technology Analyst - Operations Specialist - SAP ABAP Ui5

Qualifications & Experience

• As an L3 expert SAP ABAP & UI5 developer, he/she should have a very good understanding of business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.
• The candidate will join the Quality Product and Service Line structure providing digital solutions to manage quality business processes throughout the Aircraft Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Services organizations. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus. He/she needs to have regular business interactions for identifying & understanding the Business Evolution Points.
• The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team using an agile mind-set and methodology.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP UI5 application development following standard design guidelines.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of functional and technical skills in QM SAP Module within an industrial context (or the proven ability to adapt swiftly as a technical expert).
• Deep understanding of multi-tier support ecosystems ( L2/L3 escalation models ) and standard SAP diagnostic tools (e.g., ST05, SAT, ST22) for rapid runtime analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape
• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
• Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement
• Perform source code auditing.
• Performance Tuning – ability to analyse and fine tune existing programs.
• Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers
• Proves value of new technologies to establish business case. Updates the company guidelines and policies regarding the use of a specific technology or methodology.
• Drives the update of the learning framework based on the known technology.
• Advises on specific topics related to the technology and/or methodology.
• Monitors technology and/or methodology trends and support the teams to apply these within the Airbus Environment.
• Guides and supports the selection of the appropriate technologies and/or methodologies.
• Monitors technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
• Able to make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
