Lead Technician - Structured Cabling, Access Control & Security Systems

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician with a strong background in structured cabling, access control, and security systems to join our growing team.

This individual will serve as the on-site lead for installation and commissioning of low-voltage infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to standards, and on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in mentoring others, solving problems in the field, and collaborating with project managers and clients to bring systems to life.

A working knowledge of audiovisual (AV) systems is a plus.

• Field Leadership & Installation Serve as the on-site lead technician for structured cabling, access control, and security projects. Install, terminate, and test copper (Cat5e/6/6A) and fiber optic cabling to meet TIA/EIA and industry standards. Install and commission access control systems, including card readers, door strikes, magnetic locks, and control panels. Install, configure, and aim IP-based surveillance cameras and network video recorders. Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality requirements.
