Lead Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager, Lead is responsible for leading the successful implementation of SaaS-based systems for clients in the automotive and heavy-duty industries.

This role manages end-to-end project delivery, performs business analysis, drives process improvements, and ensures clear, consistent communication across technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.

The position supports internal project governance using Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Oversee day-to-day activities of their team of Technical Project Managers
• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and post-launch support.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables through business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Create, update, and manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies using Wrike or similar project management tools.
• Lead project meetings with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
