Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered use cases leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Semantic Models.
- Design and implement Fabric Copilot and Fabric Agent solutions for report consumers and developers.
- Build and optimize Copilot-ready semantic models, data structures, and metadata frameworks .
- Develop narrative reporting and AI-assisted analytics capabilities to improve business insights and self-service reporting.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams throughout Discovery, Pilot, and 13 execution waves of the migration program.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and user productivity through AI-driven capabilities.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
- Create technical documentation and reusable accelerators to support program-wide adoption.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric , Power BI , and semantic model design.
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Fabric Copilot , AI-assisted analytics features, or related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
- Experience implementing conversational analytics, narrative reporting, or AI-driven reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and semantic layer architecture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with large-scale BI modernization or reporting migration programs.
