Role Overview
Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Commercial business function as a Lead TA Partner and individual contributor.
Design hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, partner with stakeholders, provide market insights, and support a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring strategies.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned business unit.
- Manage sourcing, screening, evaluation, and selection across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Share weekly hiring updates and ensure transparent, consistent stakeholder communication.
- Create recovery plans for critical or delayed roles with the Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, generate dashboards, analyze hiring metrics, and present insights.
- Develop company and business-unit recruitment pitches and improve selling techniques.
- Support employer branding through social media, EVP communication, hiring events, and career fairs.
- Collaborate with global and regional TA teams on recruitment process, system, and tool improvements.
- Research talent availability, competitor activity, and potential events, then present recommendations.
