Working closely with domain experts, development teams, and systems engineers to design and develop hardware test sets and develop test software
Hands on integration work in both hardware labs and field-test environments to ensure that software and hardware components are integrated into the system according to specification
Experience in preparing and delivering briefings, familiarity with the execution of technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs)
Documenting and executing test plans and procedures
Capturing and communicating test results and metrics
Who you are:
This position requires an Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. Government
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field with a minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration skills to work across software, hardware, and systems engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Feel comfortable adapting to new programming languages, third-party software frameworks and innovative technologies
Proficiency in testing RF Systems
Familiarity with containerized software
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or Labview
Familiarity with Ansible, Podman/Docker, Unit Test Frameworks, Artifactory
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in IT
Travel required
Nice to Have:
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is desirable; Radar, Electronic Warfare,, Antenna Apertures, Sensor Resource Management, Large-Scale Platform Test Systems, Cyber Physical Systems
Proficiency in automated test tools and techniques
Proficiency in bash scripting and Linux Operating Systems
