As a Lead Test Engineer , you will own the validation of our multipurpose humanoid robots across hardware, software, and AI systems .

You will operate the robot directly to stress test real-world performance, design and execute test plans, analyze logs and data, and produce clear reports that enable engineers to improve reliability and capability.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring our robots are ready for deployment in demanding, production environments.

• Operate humanoid robots to execute functional, stress, and edge-case tests
• Design and run tests covering mechanical, electrical, software, and AI behavior
• Validate robot performance, safety, and reliability in lab and field environments
• Document test procedures, results, failures, and observed behavior
• Collect and analyze logs, telemetry, video, and AI outputs
• Report clear, actionable findings to hardware, software, and AI engineers
• Verify fixes and improvements through repeatable regression testing
