REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner HealtheLife or equivalent patient portal platform support ROLE SUMMARY The Patient Engagement Analyst supports Cerner HealtheLife patient portal and related communication platforms.

Safety-net hospital context makes patient engagement materially different: portal adoption competes with phone and in-person workflows, and issues often carry equity and access dimensions.

• Provide Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support.
• Support patient communication platform integrations (SMS, email, IVR).
• Support care coordination tools.
• Provide population health workflow basics (chronic disease registries, care gap workflows).
• Inspect HL7 v2.x ADT messages for portal account provisioning diagnosis.
• Escalate equity/access dimensions cleanly when they surface. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Cerner HealtheLife (required) Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support. Account provisioning workflow. ServiceNow (required) ServiceNow ticket queue management. FHIR Awareness (preferred) FHIR R4 awareness for portal APIs. EMPI Touchpoints (preferred) Patient identity management touchpoints (EMPI). • Cerner HealtheLife OR equivalent patient portal experience (2+ years) (mandatory)

• Community population health certification
